Built around your needs

Web application & PWA development

Catalogues, customer portals and digital services with an intuitive interface on mobile and desktop.

01

One product across devices

A web app opens through a link and supports the whole journey: finding a product, placing an order, checking its status or contacting support. A PWA may add home-screen installation and notifications, depending on the device and browser.

02

Interface and data as one system

We connect a responsive interface to the backend, authentication, catalogue and orders. We plan empty states, loading, errors and access permissions. If the product must also run inside a messenger, we account for that from the design stage.

03

Launch and ongoing development

Before launch, we check the main user journeys on desktop and mobile. We agree on code handover, documentation and ongoing support. New features are added in stages while keeping the product’s structure clear.

Use cases to start with

  • Customer portal: profile, orders, statuses and support conversations.
  • Digital store: catalogue, checkout and order support.
  • Browser-based service: one interface for mobile, desktop and messenger access.

Your first release

  • Core-screen prototypes and a responsive interface.
  • Backend, authentication, data and agreed external services.
  • Core-journey testing, deployment setup and an agreed support plan.
04

Cost and project scope

Timing and cost depend on screens and roles, data operations, design, catalogue import and external services. PWA features are estimated with device constraints in mind: installation and push support differ between browsers.

05

How we validate the work

We test core actions on mobile and desktop, including sign-in, errors, permissions and data integrity. Before release, we agree on supported browsers and test PWA features on suitable devices.
